Domestic (Lebanon): Orders are processed and delivered within 10–14 business days from the order date.

International: We currently deliver digital portraits worldwide. Physical framed portraits are available in Lebanon only.

↩️ Return & Refund Policy

Because each piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.

We collect only the personal information needed to process and deliver your order. Payment information is handled securely by our payment partner and never stored on our servers.
